May be you are having arthritis of the knee joint
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having osteoarthritis of the knee joint. It may or may not be related to GOUT. I would suggest you following investigations to confirm the diagnosis.
1.X ray of the both knee joint.
2. Serum uric acid level.
3. Aspiration of fluid from knee joint and its analysis
After these three tests It will be confirmed that whether your pain is due to GOUT or osteoarthritis. Till we confirm this diagnosis, I would suggest you following.
1. Avoid walking on road, It is any way not good for knee as it causes cartilage damage, rather use a grass fields or treadmill for running.
2. Avoid squatting and sitting cross leg or using stairs.
3. Avoid high protein diet and fruits and vegetables with seeds like tomato.
4. If pain is very bad take Etoricoxib 90 mg whenever needed after discussing with your doctor.
Please send me results of these three tests. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks.
