Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain On Left Shoulder, Back And Left Hand?

Question : Last 2-3 days I have slight pain on left shoulder. It started with sudden use of left hand for an extensive car wash. Later on with bad sleep or bad curlon mattress or not proper pillow the pain increased. Even when I cough I feel pain at left shoulder till left hand arm. Today suddenly there is tremendous pain at left shoulder back and left hand. It such a pain that neither I can sleep nor sit. Whenever my hand hangs its terrific pain. I tried all sitting postures and lie down ways but pain is bad.
I took a disprin and voveran but not much relief. Used. vollini but not much effect.
Request some suggestion.

Hi,

If the pain is very much then i suggest you to get examines by Orthopeditian to rule any ligament tear.

As of now you can take Tab. Nucoxia MR 1 tablet 2 times a day.

Any issue do follow up.
