Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain While On 30mg-MS And Lortab 10-325
Question: I am 77 female. Take MS 30 3 x qd,Lortab 10/325 bid. Still have moderate to severe paiñ… all the time. What to do?

First, specific treatments to treat the pain.
Then physical therapy modalities for it. They never do the physical therapy even slightly correctly. Frankly, you'd do better with a good ballroom dance instructor in most cases.
Then, specific medicines for the particular type of pain.
Then realization that narcotics change perception of pain but narcotics do not:
1)Treat underlying condition or fix it
2)Don't alter your posture
3)Don't help change supporting structures to bear weight better and avoid painful movements and more move gracefully (nor does physical therapy necessarily do these either; ballroom dance necessarily does do this...see ?)
4) alter nerve function specific to the particular nerve effects causing this particular pain perception... but nerve pills might and anti-inflammatories might

Cannot say in your particular case without a history (wow, after today, I shouldn't claim to be able to do more than general info unless I actually see and examine you!... today , guy comes in with chest discomfort with lying down... looked fine... but, on exam, he had so much cigarette damage he was barely moving any air in or out! Lung not heart. sounded like heart from the description, wasn't on listening to him. likewise, there's huge limits on what I can do with this without seeing you. On the other hand I'm the best drug expert you'll ever chat with, so, my general info is pretty good).
