Suggest Treatment For Severe Paranoid Delusions And Schizophrenia

Question: Dr Bishnoi. I have reviewed the CD of the court proceedings and it looks like they won't believe me. Because he told me to stay away in one email last May the judge granted him the injunction. Does that even make any sense? How can I get the higher court to take a look at the evidence as it really is, four emails that were sent to a man who never responded to me as harassment? I am so upset that I don't even want to try to appeal this injunction. It is all against me now anyway. I don't know how to come against all the lies. XXXXXXX said he was bullied by us. He said that we told him he was supposed to be in love with me....how can I possibly get a judge to believe otherwise? Writing a few emails is not harassment if the person who claims to be harassed isn't being threatened or intimidated...the one witness he had lied as she had no knowledge of me even having been with him. I am so upset. XXXXXXX and this woman all lied in the first hearing but the other day XXXXXXX seemed to want to be with me so I am so confused and upset now I don't know what to believe about appealing or not..I am scared. Can you tell me why he would tell me to stay away after just telling me he was deeply in love with me? No one seems to believe he is psychotic except this most recent judge.I am scared and don't even know how to defend myself...he told me once to stay away and now he wants to be with me? Is this typical of schizophrenics to lie like that? I have no reason to lie about this and neither does XXXXXXX I am going to demand that XXXXXXX testifies both to the relationship we had and to the hearing of voices...
XXXXXXX said that we bullied him into saying he was in love with me that it we told him he was supposed to love me and be with us, This was all lies. He was projecting and that we stalked his son. I am devastated. That was a month ago but I have to convince a judge that we didn't do any of those things and that we visited him twice to give him a birthday and Thanksgiving cards because we cared about him. That was not stalking. That was just visiting a friend.
I don't think I can love someone who told lies about us like that in court.He and his cohort both committed perjury and deliberately hurt XXXXXXX and me. I hope they both get up on felony perjury charges and go to jail, he loses all his money and can never leave the country. Its 7 Am and I spent 10 hours writing the appellant memorandum. I hope he goes to hell,. I hate him now and wouldn't take him back if he paid me a billion dollars. His son is just as bad and all we ever did was love them. Hes a slob.

Hello again

I am sorry for being late because of a little busy schedule. Yes I was also thinking same that just emailing someone should not come under harassment and he should not be granted injunction, but that is due to legal proceedings and we cant do anything for that. XXXXXXX said he was bullied by you or XXXXXXX or he refused to accept anything in court, probably because he was in psychosis and he was under influence of delusions so he was not able to decide right or wrong.

He changed suddenly because he developed delusions and this changed his psyche and thinking which resulted in change in behavior. Please try to accept the change in XXXXXXX He lack insight of illness totally and he cant be held responsible for his actions. He is not aware of the things what he is doing.

He told lie in court but he is in the same time trying to talk to you. I don’t know why he wanted to talk with certainty but at least he was confused. Try to gather as much as information to appeal for injunction. Try to re-appeal for his examination by a psychiatrist. Don’t loose faith and believe in GOD. Remain relaxed and don’t feel bad about yourself.

This last time he seemed nicer and genuinely confused and like he might care about me but before the bad judge he lied and said bad things. So psychosis can make him lie and be hurtful?I don't understand. Ww have never have done anything to hurt him, never

Yes we have discussed this thing before also. Psychosis or Schizophrenia can make him lie or hurtful. But as he is not in close contact with you presently so no need to fear from him as far as hurt is considered.

So he could still physically hurt me? I thought you said he wouldn't be dangerous or hurt me physically? Or has that changed Now? Is he potentially able tohurt me physically orjust emotionally or both?

He would not hurt you because if he was having severe paranoid delusions against you he would have attacked or hurt you in court. Psychosis patients can hurt anyone but that depends upon clinical presentation and conditions of patients. So please don't worry about that. He has distanced himself from you because of fear that he might hurt you, then how can he hurt you.? He has unknowingly hurt you emotionally because of psychosis and this is main bad thing.
