                                    Brief Answer:
Take Antihistaminics and Emmolients
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
For itching you need to take antihistaminics.
In such cases I recommend my patients to take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily in the morning after breakfast and tablet hydroxyzine 25 mg one tablet twice daily: in the afternoon after lunch and after dinner.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Also apply topical creams containing white soft paraffin and light liquid paraffin frequently and liberally.
This will moisturise the skin and provide some relief from itching.
Besides this continue the drugs given for psoriasis.
Wish you good luck.
