Question : have what looks to be a red rash on the head of my penis, started off a deep red, and now it looks as if it might slowly be clearing up, Have been to the Doctor, subscribed a cream, and only used a few times. No discomfort or itch, wife and I are monogamous, bit of mystery as what it is and the cause
