Question : somerhing like rashes are coming up on my neck. please check and let me know what to do.

I am Dr.Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.
This seems like a fungal infection.

I would suggest you to take tablet Zimig(TERBINAFINE) 250mg Once daily. Use Zimig cream (1%), twice daily for 2 weeks. Also take a tablet of Cetirizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching (you may need to obtain the necessary prescription from your local physician).
