Brief Answer:
seborrhoeic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly , you can continue sebowash it contains ketakonazole and apply lotion containing beclomethasone and clotrimazole on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily.
Besides this take capsule itraconazole 100 mg once daily in the morning and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for atleast 3-4 weeks.
Since seborrhoeic dermatitis is a chronic disease so medicines need to be continued for a long time but under the supervision of the doctor.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the Dermatologist/doctor in person to get them.
Take care
Regards
Dr Priyanka
