Brief Answer:
Sciatic pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Advil dose can be maximized.

In sciatic pain, I personally advise naproxen instead of advil with good results.

Tizanidine (muscle relaxant) in addition to Pregabalin can be advised, additionally.

Tramadol plus paracetamol can be added if the pain still persists despite the above changes.

Keep in mind that the lower limbs and back should be examined prior to prescribing any such medication. An MRI, if not done already, can be advised to rule out other causes related to the pain.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
