Brief Answer:
You may be having Rotatorcuff tear

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you my be having Rotator cuff tear with Impingement. In this condition there is torn shoulder tendons with compression of tendon under bone. There can also be fluid collection in the shoulder joint.
I would suggest you to get ultrasound examination of the shoulder. It will give us idea if there is torn tendon or fluid collection. According to that we can plan further management. If there is fluid collection than you will be benefited from hot water fomentation and Physiotherapy.
Some patient may be benefited by steroid injection in the shoulder.
In cases where tendon is torn you might need cuff repair surgery.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
