Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

Question: Hello i have very bad shoulder pain - rotator cuff. I havd taken 25mg of endone its doing nothing. can i up the dose or mix it with Brufen 400mg?

Hi,

You are caught with severe pain. You can add Brufen 400mg every 8 hours definitely and if you do not have ulcer disease or kidney failure. They can be used together along with Endone. I also suggest freezing cold pack over the shoulder as well. This will numb the area and give much needed relief.
The dose of Endone is 15 mg every 4 to 6 hours all depends on the pain tolerability and relief expectation. Total dose per day should be under 60 mg. Take your doctors advice if you have to use it more than a day.

however please be aware of its side effects as well, you started with a good pain killer such medicines come with good number of side effects as well.

Is endone more pain relief and brufen more anti inflammatory. My rotator cuff is quite swollen
