Brief Answer:
You need to get investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Shoulder pain is seen due to many causes.
For perfect diagnosis to be made, please do the following things :
Get an X-ray of shoulder joint in AP View done and fasting blood sugar levels done and send me the report.
Till then have cap. Rabeprazole once daily empty stomach, Tab. aceclofenac 100mg + Thiocolchicoside 4mg, cap Pregabalin 75 mg+ Methylcobalamine 750 mcg at night (please obtain the necessary prescriptions for these from your local physician).
Apply hot packs gently over the area.
I hope you have got your answer. Fee free to ask further.
