Suggest Treatment For Severe Skin Eczema

Question: Hello, I have some sort of skin eczema for over 8 months. None cream or gel helped. It started spreading 2 weeks ago. Its very itchy. What can I do? My GP always gave me some new cream like Canesten for example... Helped maybe for 2 days then getting worse again. It started few months after I gave birth. I thought I might had weak imune system...I don't know what to do next
