                                    Brief Answer:
Mucolytic, anti-alllergic, cough syrup, steam inhalation/ nebulization.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. You need a mucolytic such as acetylcystine (Mucomyst), Bromhexine (Bisolvon), Carbocysteine (Mucodyne) or Guiafenesin (Robitussin).
2. An anti-allergic, cough syrup and steam inhalation or nebulization will also help.
3. Get a chest X-ray if there is no improvement.
4. Tylenol is a mild painkiller. However with bronchitis, most painkillers are avoided. You may request your doctor for an anti-inflammatory medication if the chest and stomach hurts a lot.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
