Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Diarrhea is a common side effect of antibiotics. You need to replace the fluid loss with isotonic solutions such as ORS. Continue the antibiotics for now. If the diarrhea worsens or there is moderate to severe dehydration as a result of fluids lost then the antibiotics can be stopped and alternate therapy should be considered. For now , you should continue as in most cases such diarrhea would subside/resolve within 24 to 48 hours without any treatment.

Hello again.

If the sore throat is not due to a bacterial infection and no antibiotics are being used then gastrointestinal cause should be addressed.

Stool for routine examination plus ova and parasites can be advised. If no infective cause is found then fluid replacement alone or in combination with antidiarrheal like loperamide can be prescribed, in consult with your doctor.
