Suggest Treatment For Severe Sore Throat Post A Protected Intercourse

Question : Dr. S. XXXXXXX had previously answered my question about having protected sex and the condom slipping off mid- sex. We finished off with another condom, but may have had contact. He assured me it was no risk encounter, and i felt alot better. Well about 3 days ago i woke up with a sore throat. I looked in the mirror and found a white spot at the back of my throat. i had no other other symptoms. went to the Dr n they said it was strep. i was a bit wary n told the Dr 2 days before tht i had given unprotected oral n was concerned it may be gonorrhea. (ive never had a white spot in my throat before.) he prescribed me doxycycline. he said it wud get rid of nething i may have. ive been taking it.. well today around 2 i made a sandwhich ate it, then grabbed a slice of pie frm the freezer i took 2 bites of it, then OUT OF NOWHERE i started feeling very nauseated, my stomach started hurting and i couldnt finish the pie. I tried drinking water to help settle my nausea but to no avail. I ended throwing up everthing i had just eaten. (that was the only thing i had eaten all day) I still felt a lil sick afterward, but felt better than before. about 30 min later I was back to normal. I finally ate again around 10pm but my neck started hurting. Ive been paranoid about the beginning symptoms of hiv. Its unusual for me to throw up. I never throw up, ever, and ive never had a white spot in my throat before. By the way the white spot is gone now, n my throat began feeling better yesterday. What i forgot to mention in my previous question is that when the condom had slipped he may have been almost "finished". when the condom fell off i told him that we wouldnt be able to continue cuz i dont have sex without condoms, at that he said he had another condom, just a little more and he will be finished. That makes me think that he may have been pre- ejaculating when the condom had slipped. This incident happened almost 6 weeks ago. it will be 6 weeks on 8/4/16. I need to know if this sounds risky or what my chances are. Im freaking out and have been crying. I always try to be as cautious as i possibly can be when having ne kind of sexual contact. please get bak to me asap. Thank you.

as far as me being nauseated, is it usual typical of "feared disease" for it to happen just one time? of would it last a few days? Also i did give uprotected oral this past week about 4 days ago. 2 days later is when i woke up with sore throat and white spot. I know you said doxycycline isnt a good choice for gonorrhea, but does it work for it at all? and would it work in 2 days? That same day that i got the sore throat is when i went to the Dr.

Also i first thought i might have food poisoning because i had ordered blackened tilapia the day before, n it was raw on the inside. I thought i would be sick all day after throwing up, but it was just the one incident
