Brief Answer:
What makes you think clindamycine is not working for you?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this infection. I will like to know why you have the feeling that clindamycine is not working for you. Before changing antibiotics, we have to be sure of what is going on. Bactrim is not as good as clindamycin at treating infections in the mouth and this is why I will still pick Clindamycin over bactrim unless there is a documented reason for this.

If the infection doesn't go away, I suggest we get a culture first to identify the germ and what antibiotics will work best against it.

Thanks and hope to hear back from you.
