Question : Hello, My sister is having severe spams in her left foot after sitting or sleeping. Please advise what may be causing this?

It appears that she may be having Plantar fascitis.
She needs to wear Microcellular rubber slippers (MCR). Perform plantar fascia and calf muscle stretching exercises.

She can take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days.
