Question : Since the last 2 hours severe stomach bloat with a lot of gas and nausea.

Levosulpride will provide relief but it will take some time.
You are having this problem just for 2 hours , so take a combination of Papain +fungal diastase+Simethicone effervescent tablet ( this will provide you instant relief ).

Pepfiz(Ranbaxy).
Available at chemist shop .
Ondansetrone 4 mg mouth dissolving tablet will also help .
