Brief Answer:
Food poisoning or acute gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description This could be due to food poisoning or acute gastroenteritis

Here, I would like further information to help you better
Do you feel weakness or dizziness
any problem with passage of urine
have consumed liquor before or with the meal?

In my opinion you should consult your doctor or go to Emergency room for symptomatic treatment like
anti emetic drugs like domperidone
anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole group of drugs
Have ORS and plenty of fluids
watch for watery diarrhoea or blood in stool.

Please revert back to me with all the answers I have asked. I will definitely help you in best possible way

I did go to the bathroom before I vomited, but it wasn't watery. It almost felt as though I couldn't pass the stool at all because I was in so much pain.
I did have a beer with dinner. (We just arrived at our maine house! Our favorite is their blueberry beer and lobster!) and I only felt dizziness and weak right before I vomited last night. Along with sharp pains when I would walk and on my right side when inhaling too hard.

This morning I Have no more vomiting, however the pains in my stomach while walking and queasy.
