Question : After eating out I have developed sever stomac pain Doctor has given me antibiotic.my ultrasound is normal except saying grade 1 fatty lever.but I have contipation not passing stool for last 2 days,I also have less appetite.pl advise if this is normal and do I need to take any other medicine to get proper stool every day

Hi, Welcome to Health Care Magic and Thank you for your question.
It seems to be an Acute problem.
I suggest you start taking Tab Omeprazole plus Domperidone combination twice a day on empty stomach. Also take Syrup Lactulose 20ml at night for your constipation. If this does not relieve your constipation you can take Tab Dulcolax at night one tablet. This will surely get it relieved.
