Brief Answer:
You have sun sensitive skin and need special care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic forum.
Thank you for your query.
I can understand your concern regarding your skin problem.
You have sun sensitive skin. You have photo allergic dermatitis, very common in XXXXXXX
You are applying good sunscreen lotion with enough SPF. You need to apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply it every 3 hours if needed.

For itching you need to take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg at night. It is a prescription drug.
Apply Desowan cream at night on sunburn area for 10 days. It is very mild over the counter steroid cream and very safe to use on face.
Apply Lipz cream twice a day on lip which will protect your lip and make it better.

You need to take following care apart from above treatment.
- Drink plenty of water a day.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol. Eat more fruits and green vegetable which contain anti oxidants and very good for your skin.
- Wear cotton and full sleeves cloths.
- You can wear broad rimmed hat for more protection
- Wear sun glass with UV protection.
It is better to consult dermatologist if you have persistent complains after 10 days.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards
Dr Gaurav Patel

Brief Answer:
You need to contact local medical practitioner for prescription.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for writing back.

It is unethical to prescribe you prescription drugs without having a chance to examine you physically. Also, you would need confirmation of your diagnosis.

You need to contact local medical practitioner for that.

Cream is OTC (over the counter) medicine and you will not need prescription for cream.

I hope I answered your query.
