Brief Answer:
In case of pneumonia there will be more breathing difficulty.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HealthcareMagic. I've seen the attached images.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to lower respiratory infection. In case of pneumonia there will be more breathing difficulty.

Regarding your other concern, Pneumonia only affects when your immunity is quite low. So in an otherwise healthy adult, that is a less possibility.

Better to undergo routine blood tests(CBC with peripheral blood smear and ESR) along with a Chest X-ray to rule out signs of bacterial infection. Azithromycin won't be effective in all infections. You may need other regimen of antibiotics like Co-Amoxiclav. This is a prescription drug given in dosage of 625 mg twice daily for 5 to 7 days.

Yes, you can continue the Paracetamol for fever, take steam inhalation also (alternating with plain water and the vapo-caps thrice daily).

Let me know if anything's not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No problem.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

Dose of Azithromycin can be 1000 mg daily. But usual dose given is 500 mg once daily 1 hour before or after food for 3 to 5 days according to severity. If you have improvement in your condition then I would recommend continuing till 5th day. Taking mucolytics like mucolyte and steam inhalation will be helpful also.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
