Brief Answer:
Anti- allergic, mucolytic, medicated gargles, steam inhalation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. If there is no fever, an anti-allergic(such as cetirizine / fexofenadine), a mucolytic (such as ambroxol / bromhexine), medicated gargles (such as Betadine / Tantum) and steam inhalation should settle this down.

2. It is always better to get a direct examination of the throat if this persists.A throat swab can be done.

3. Your doctor can also add a cough syrup or anti reflux medication.

4. Diet control, hydration should be followed. Home remedies can be taken.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
