Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Throat pain along with fever and body pain are symptoms of viral illness. This viral illness reduces slowly by itself and you don't need to do anything about it.

You can take paracetamol tablets available over the counter.

Try gargling with warm water with salt.

If throat pain does not reduce in 2 days you can consider starting antibiotics.
