Brief Answer:
You may need a detailed ENT review for audiogram and oral treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it needs a detailed ENT examination because ringing in the ear can be due to multiple causes ranging from infections to differences in air pressures. The relavant ENT doctor or oropharyngolaryngologist may need to examine the ears in detail as well as audiograms etc. and you may need to be put on oral medications like betahistine alongwith prochlorperazine. Meanwhile salt restriction and good fluid intake along with chewing bubbles on the affected side may also help to relieve the symptoms. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
