Brief Answer:
not the best option...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

azithromycin is not a great option for sinusitis due to the increasing resistance of Str.pneumoniae (involved in cases of sinusitis). It may cause tinnitus and other problems to the ear, albeit rarely.

The best option is amoxicillin-clavulanate (if there are no contraindications) and it's also 'friendly' to the ears.

Kind Regards!
