thank you. It is worse in my left ear. I have had it a few months, gradually noticing it getting louder. I don't think I have any hearing loss.

Thanks for the information
A gradually increasing tinnitus is mostly sensory neural.. In the initial stages hearing loss is not so noticeable but can present as tinnitus.
Please get an audiometry done and send me the reports.
Start taking tablet cinnarizine 25 twice daily
tablet vitamin b12 1500 micrograms once daily
All the medicines I prescribed are available only on prescription.
