Brief Answer:
tooth infection, medication, radiograph

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain in the tooth and jaw is concerned, it can be because of the decayed or abraded tooth. The decay may not be appreciable if it is in between the teeth. You need to consult an Oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a radiograph done to confirm the diagnosis.
If I am your treating doctor, i would have suggested you take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin along with an analgesic like ibuprofen (if you are not allergic), till you get the tooth treated.
Regarding the images of teeth concerned, it has not been uploaded. Kindly consult the customer care executives and upload the images.
I hope i have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care.
