Brief Answer:
Read below

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Deep brain stimulation is a technique which has been studied mainly for Parkinson's disease. There is no sufficient evidence for its efficacy in Multiple sclerosis and has not been approved for that purpose. That does not mean that it hasn't been used in some patients, the future may show it to be effective, but for the moment it remains more of an experimental treatment when nothing else has worked.

If you decide to consider it anyway then it would be in a big hospital with both neurology and neurosurgery teams as it should be carefully evaluated about the type of tremor, the chances of improvement and the dangers of the procedure. So if it is to be in your area the best chance would be with at the Methodist Hospitals, or if we consider Tennessee, the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in XXXXXXX would be the highest ranked center in the state.
