Brief Answer:
Highly recommended to go to ER...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and I think your case is considered emergency. For this, I highly advise to go to ER for immediate evaluations and treatment and to determine the:
- severity of dehydration from diarrhea
- the grade of inflammation
- evaluation of anemia

With regards to prednisolon use, it is advised the dose of 60 mg; while I also advise to start mesalazin.

Hope it answered to your queries!
