Question : Hi, I am suffering through severe vaginal (tract) infection and want to check my status on the other diseases could be attracted to it , please advise a course of action to begin with. I am sexually active and don't want to delay the inspection.

Thank you for your prompt response.

Yes I am suffering with this problem from past one year.

The symptoms are excessive itching , redness and scum accumulation in the tract right after my menstrual cycle end the scum is thick and sticks to the vaginal tract wall, and its slightly green in color. due to accumulation of discharge or scum there is abrasion on vaginal lips and cut also.

Please advise a routine check up and medication.

Hi,

Please get high vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test done from your gynecologist to assess the type of organism causing infection and the medicines it is responsive to.

Meanwhile insert candid vaginal pessary everyday for 6 nights. These are available over the counter.

Use candiderm ointment for local application at skin cut sites.
