Question : I got up with vertigo today, after 3 years. I am also having nausea. I took 1 tablet of vermin 8mg. Not sure how many tablets to take in a day and for how long.

Vermin 8 can be taken up to three doses a day.
We generally advise fresh investigation for every episode at this age group. It could be benign or non serious but requires a thorough check up. So the duration depends on the results of the investigations.
