Brief Answer:
Follow life-style measures and medicines as adised in the answer

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thank you for posting your query on Health care magic.

It is advisable to take following life-style measures and medicines in case of Food poisoning:

Let your stomach settle. Stop eating solid foods for a few hours.Take small sips of water. You might also try drinking clear soda, clear broths or noncaffeinated sports drinks. Drink plenty of liquid every day, taking small, frequent sips to prevent dehydration.Gradually begin to eat bland, easy-to-digest foods, such as soda crackers, toast, gelatin, bananas, rice and chicken. Stop eating if your nausea returns.Avoid certain foods and substances until you feel better. These include dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and fatty or highly seasoned foods.Get plenty of rest. The illness and dehydration may have made you weak and tired.

Wash your hands thoroughly.Avoid raw food.

Vomiting and diarrhea are the body's way of getting rid of the virus, and even though these symptoms are distressing and uncomfortable, it is important to allow the body's natural defense mechanism to function. The exception to this rule occurs when someone cannot hold down fluids and is dehydrated; the use of an anti-diarrheal( like loperamide) and Anti-nausea and Anti-vomiting medicine (like Pepto-Bismol) can help the body restore its fluid balance.

You can take Paracetamol(acetaminophen) -if you are suffering from fever and muscle cramps .
Also take Probiotic-it will help to restore intestinal flora.

If you are suffering from symptoms like diarrhea persisting for more than three days, a fever higher than 101.5°F,blood in stools, severe cramps in stomach, symptoms of severe dehydration, like dry mouth, passing little to no urine, and difficulty keeping fluids down, etc then it would be advisable to consult a Physician doctor.

Hope this answers your question.I would be happy to answer if you have any follow-up questions.Get well soon.
