Question : I am on day 12 of my period. It has never lasted this long. Heavy bleeding still (going through a super tampon every 2-3 hrs) heavy cramping, aching. Vomiting as of yesterday. Highest temp 99.2. - 29yo white female. I am not pregnant as I have not had sexual intercourse in months. 2 live births, 2 miscarriages. No other history.

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
It could be due to so many cause like hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorder, fibroid, polyp,infection etc.
So you should consult a Gynecologist and get yourself examined and ultrasound pelvis done to rule out the cause .
Take iron,calcium and trapic( after consulting doctor) to stop bleeding.

I am in a fair amount of pain and discomfort. Pain in abd in uterus area, also in back (lower). Headache. Temp of 99.2. Should I go to the ER?
