Suggest Treatment For Severe Vomiting For More Than 24 Hours

Question : I vomited for about 24 hours from Thursday to Friday every 1020 maybe it would go 30 minutes due to what I believe is food poisoning. My throat started hurting and it felt like what was a ping-pong ball was in there. When I would call off after there would be little stains of red and they told my boyfriend I thought maybe I had busted a blood vessel. Although I have not thrown up since yesterday afternoon I have not eaten anything and between about 330 this morning and 730 I had maybe three quarters of a bottle of water. Around 730 I threw up large amounts of what looked like coffee. I have looked this up and it indicates possible bleeding from a busted blood vessel or ulcer. Is this correct I was thinking about going to magic but maybe I should just go to ER.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and concur with you that this coffee coloured vomit is most likely due to blood. This bleeding could be due to gastritis or may be due to bleeding from an ulcer.
You must immediately rush to ER to get the proper treatment.
