Question : My son age 18months woke up last night at 2 am and started throwing up then he seemed fine then I noticed everytime he threw up he would start fussing at touching his stomach . I want to know if he has a stomach flu? He threw up 3 times, still no fever and he seems so still have an appeite for milk. & also my dog was sick 2 days ago with a upset stomach but no diaherrea or vomitting. Do you think he contracted it from my dog? Before my so went to sleep he was playing with a carpet that i had no idea the dog peed on. I hope its not a stomach flu. Ive been through it before with my son and he passed it along, it wasnt fun.

If he contracted it from dog then he will definitely have diarrhoea and vomiting whole day..
In my opinion you should not be worried as long as he is taking feed normally with no diarrhoea and vomiting.
You should change her feeding habits like small frequent feeds at night. It will help relieve his symptoms.
