Brief Answer:
Always burp your baby

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I completely understand your concerns but don't worry. Newborns often vomit after feeds and the common reasons for this are:
1. Inadequate burping leading to stomach distension
2. Transient lower oesophageal sphincter relaxations leading to reflux
3. Mixed feeding leading to indigestion
4. Infection due to top feeds

So, I would recommend you to take the following measures:
1. Always burp in the middle of feeds and after feeds for few minutes.
2. Keep baby's head end elevated after feeds
3. Stop formula feeds and bottle feeding. Exclusive breastfeeding for first 6 months is always good and helps in proper child development. It helps in preventing any undue infections and also help in brain development.
4. You may give him Domperidone or ondansetrone drops in case the vomiting episodes recur in spite of above management.

Do visit a pediatrician if your baby seems to be lethargic, has feeding difficulty, persistent vomiting etc. They will completely examine the baby to rule out any pathological cause such as infections, bowel obstruction etc.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care

We give her formula milk as the milk secretion is less in me also the nipple formation is equal to no.intially I used to use the nipple shield.one more problem with my baby is she applies pressure to pass her motion.I feel she have a constipation problem she passes just once in a day either in the morning or afternoon.this problem was oersistant from a month.she didn't pass her motion for 3days in a month(not continuously once in a week ).I give her a regular oil massage on tummy every morning.she had her 2nd vaccination dose on 11th september

Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
To help with your breast feeds, you may take the following measures:
1. Use Leptaden and perinorm to increase the secretions. This should be along with good nutrition and plenty of fluids.
2. You may use nipple syringing for retracted nipples along with nipple shield for feeding. Gradually it will improve.

In case, still you are not able to breastfeed, then formula milk can be given but ensure proper dilution and sterilization to avoid constipation and infections.

Babies can show mild discomfort while passing stools. Also, the frequency up to once a week can be perfectly fine if baby is feeding well and active, alert. So, avoid unnecessary stress and anxiety for this.

In case, he passes stools as hard pellets every time, then check with a pediatrician to rule out pathological cause such as Hirshsprung disease
( unlikely as per your history).

Hopefully this will help you.
Take care

Is it fine if she doesn't pass motion regularly as she have lot of gas formation.one more thing is that I had normal delivery.my sutures are dissolved but the pain is still persistent on only one side where I had sutures.my cervix part pains a lot making me difficult to stand or walk for long time.I had this pubic bone pain during my pregnancy.I wasn't able to stand long or walk.u couldn't move my single leg while sleeping &after delivery this cervix pain.the doctors say it's natural to have pain in pubic bone during pregnancy as the baby is making space &the cervix pain is natural in normal delivery.but I'm worried as it is 2 months and the pain is still there.how can I von tinu my exercises with such pain.

Brief Answer:
Check for urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Do not worry about your baby's poops. Infants show great variations in the frequency, consistency and colour of poops. If he is active, alert and feeding well, then there is nothing to be worried about.

Sometimes deep stitches taken during caesarean may pain for a long time due to left knots and associated inflammation. You may take serratio peptidase tablets after consulting your gynecologist.

Also, there is a possibility of urinary tract infection which may lead to such symptoms. So, go for a urine examination. You may upload the reports for my reference.

Hopefully this will help you.
Take care
