it is important to take medications to stop the vomiting to avoid dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, you need to take medications to stop the vomiting to avoid dehydration . since it is not possible to take medications by mouth due to vomiting . then you should visit the ER for anti -emetic injections every 12 hours until the vomiting stops.
If he develop any signs of dehydration then go to the hospital as soon as possible to be treated with intravenous fluids
