Question : I have been unable to keep down fluids since dinnertime yesterday (it's 5 am now) I can take small sips but nothing more. I have tried gag reflex and nothing is coming out. Pepto will not stay down

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you are able to take small sips you should be able to maintain hydration well. Dehydration with falling pressure is risky.
I suggest you to try Pedialyte or diluted Gatorade if they are at home. Else you can suck ice cube so that some fluid would go in.
In the morning you can get some help with an antiemetic available at local pharmacy like Non drousy Dramamine or Bismuth.
