Suggest Treatment For Sharp And Intense Pain In The Kidney Area

Possibility of Ureteric colic needs to be considered
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
Going by description of intermittent pain in kidney area , possibility of Ureteric colic needs to be considered. It usually occurs due to passage of small kidney stone through the Ureter. Exact diagnosis will however depend on exact location of pain and thorough clinical examination.
I would suggest you the following
1. Over the counter available antispasmodic
2. Antacid like Pantoprozole
I hope you are not constipated. If the pain still persist or increases in intensity then do consult your Physician for further assessment.
Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.
Happy New year 2015
Take care

Hot water fomentation will be helpful
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
I assume there was no sprain resulting from forceful movements causing musculoskeletal injury and pain.
Going by description of location of pain either possibility of musculoskeletal pain or remote possibility of Ureteric colic needs to be considered.
I would suggest you the following
1. Local hot water fomentation : Either by applying hot water bag or cloth dipped in hot water
2. Local application of analgesic ointment
3. Empirical antispasmodic
If the pain persist do consult your physician
Take care
Best regards
Deepak
