Question : I have been having a sharp pain on the right side of my backside when I sit it is sharp and a numbness goes down my leg what can I do.

Pain and numbness down the leg could be due to compression of nerve root at back. Get an xray/MRI of back under guidance of your doctor. You can take ibuprofen to reduce pain.
Avoid forward bending and heavy weight lifting.
