Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain Behind The Right Ear

Question: My wife tells me she has a very sharp pain behind her right ear. She is 55 and has been in generally good health. She is in prison which makes trying to help difficult. She will see whatever medical help they can give her but the prison is notoriously slow.
