Brief Answer:
Get xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have got your query.

Pain you're explaining due to irritation of nerve which arise from your lower back region and supply the lower limb.

It may be due to prolong standing, sitting, trauma, in some cases of diabetes etc.

I don't know your diabetic status, please tell me if your diabetic, then the treatment is different.

If I am your treating doctor I would advise you to have xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view and send me the report, I want to see present condition of disc space and vertebrae.

Till then have tab.aceclofenac 100mg+thiocolchicoside 4mg twice a day by prescription of your doctor as this medicine is not over the counter.

Apply hot pack.

Avoid weightlifting, prolong sitting, standing etc.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,
