Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The lower back pain and under arm pain could be related to vertebral disc prolapse that might be causing nerve root compression. So I would recommend that you get a CT scan on lumber and cervical vertebrae to assess the nerve roots condition. Another cause of lower back pain could be renal stone or UTI, so I would recommend that you get a urine analysis and a pelvic ultrasound to exclude that cause.. Also lower back pain could occur due to dehydration so make sure that you drink at least eight cups of water daily.

Another cause of underarm pain is muscle strain that could be relived by applying an anti-inflammatory gel as voltaren gel. I would also recommend that you get a follow up ECG and check on the levels of your cardiac enzymes to exclude underarm pain referred due to angina.

I hope you find this helpful.
