Question : I have a pain, gradual onset just to the lower of my sternum (L) to my lower rib edge, but suddendly worse with a sneezing fit. It isn't intensly painful, but uncomfortable and getting worse, especially if I, you know. poke at it or try to do things, like remodel my bathroom- stripping wallpaper and the like. I first started feeling the pain during bm several weeks ago.Just wondering how long it ususally takes and if this is conifdential

Apply warm packs to the affected region. Avoid strenuous activity like bending, lifting weights, running, climbing stairs.
Takes Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days.
