Question : Hi, I have a sharp pain under my left arm pit in my ribs. It gets worse if i inhale hard. It feels like a rib it staying me. Don't know how I did it. Wasn't hit there or anything. Maybe I pulled a muscle?

Maybe a pulled musle. Try Ibuprofen and let's observe.

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us.

I have reviewed your information fully and this is most likely suggestive of a pulled or inflamed muscles. I will suggest that you take 400mg of Ibuprofen every 8hours (after food) for 2days and report the progress to me.

If this doesn't regress significantly, then we will proceed to having an X-ray and a blood test done for further evaluation.
