Question : I have a sharp pain in my right foot. It comes about every 30 seconds. Then disappears. I have no trouble walking .
Brief Answer:
Could ne pressure on one of the nerves.
Detailed Answer:
Hi , I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic surgeon.
In my opinion , there is a possibility of pain due to pressure on one of the nerves probably coming from spinal canal. The pain in this condition may come as a sharp shooting pain off and on.
I suggest MRI of back. Start mild pain killers and a combination of pregabalin + methycobalamine.
