Brief Answer:
Characterstic site of costochondritic pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Firstly thanks for choosing health care magic for your query!

As you have used short form , i am taking COSTRO as costochondritis and FIBRO as fibromyalgia.

Costochondritis causes localized chest wall pain and tenderness that can be reproduced by pushing on the involved cartilage in the front of the rib cage. Costochondritis is a relatively harmless musculoskeletal chest pain but is very painful.

It is an inflammation of the junctions where the upper ribs join with the cartilage that holds them to the breastbone, or sternum. The condition causes localized chest pain that you can reproduce by pushing on the cartilage in the front of your ribcage.According to you ; you feel pain around sternum so most likely your symptoms are because of costochondritis.

You stress test, tmt and 2d echo are perfectly normal,so most likely the symptoms are attributed to costrochondritis.
Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain ,Symptoms of fibromyalgia include ;Widespread pain; it is often described as a constant dull ache that has lasted for at least three months. To be considered widespread, the pain must occur on both sides of your body, chest pain around sternum in fibromyalgia is very rare.

One more diagnosis which comes to my mind is it can be Tietze syndrome ;often confused with costocondritis and is missed by cardiologists.

So most likely your pain is because of costrochondritis, i would like to know about the medicines which your doctor have prescribed you for it,was it effective and for how long did you take medicines.

Don't over exert yourself , avoid doing heavy exercises of chest region.

Please mention you detailed medications
till that time i will mention here few home remedies-

Home Remedies for Costochondritis-

Using local heat or ice to relieve pain.

Avoiding unnecessary exercise or activities that make the symptoms worse; avoiding contact sports until there is improvement in symptoms, and then returning to normal activities only as tolerated.

Brief Answer:
Costochondritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Again,
Fistly i can't see any attached reports with your question, so repost your query with questions attached .

Secondly, most likely the pain is costochondritic in origin , the main treatment of costo is anti-inflammatory medicine and high dose steroids used for a short period of time, As you have written you can't take anti-inflammatory ;in that case you can take high doses of methyl-prednisolone for few days for relief .
Antidepressants. Tricyclic antidepressants, such as amitriptyline, are often used to control chronic pain — especially if it's keeping you awake at night.
gabapentin (Neurontin) also has proved successful in controlling chronic pain.
Consult you cardiologist for considering these drug.

In case you have any other query i would be happy to help you!
Thanks

Hello
I have reposted my results again since all my tests have come back normal I don't have a cardiologist ... The only reason i was sent for all these tests was to rule out anything cardiac related for this pain and since they r saying all my tests are normal it is not cardiac related I just wanted a second opinion about the costochondritis and its treatment ... Thank u
