Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based on your description Meralgia paresthetica is one of the possiblities. It is caused by a compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve.
Nerve compression should be relieved. Tricyclic antidepressants and gabapentin can be used for treatingthe pain if the NSAIDS fail to improve the pain symptoms.
Peripheral Pulses should be examined and an ultrasound doppler of lower limbs should be done to look for a possible DVT.
Treatment would depend on the cause.
